Course introduction:	We all use artificial intelligence (AI) in some form – using face ID to open a phone, making a Google search, or using maps to find the best route to work, for example – and it’s quickly developing to become an important and valuable system for individuals, communities, and organisations. This course explores AI, how it is used in the workplace and how it is responsibly and ethically implemented in organisations.
Course objectives:	Explain what AI is and its different types List some of its key uses in the workplace across a range of industries Define the ethical concerns around AI Outline the laws and regulations relating to the use of AI Describe the ethical principles underlying responsible use of AI Summarise how to responsibly implement AI
