Course introduction:	Everybody who comes into contact with children has a duty to ensure their safety. In this module we will look at types of abuse, warning signs to look out for, and what to do if you suspect a child is being abused.
Course objectives:	Once you’ve completed this course, you’ll have a complete working knowledge of: The definitions of terms used in safeguarding The different types of abuse What you should do if you see or suspect that a child is being, or is likely to be, abused Where to go for help and advice about safeguarding children in sport
