Course introduction:	We likely all know someone who has experienced sexual harassment at work, or perhaps may have even experienced it ourselves. Despite being a well-known problem it can be hard for some people to spot sexual harassment when it’s happening, or know what to do when they do see it. In this course, we’ll cover definitions of sexual harassment, as well as what to do if you have witnessed it and what organisations should do to prevent a culture of sexual harassment from taking hold.
Course objectives:	Once you’ve completed this course, you’ll have a good knowledge of: Stress is commonplace in the modern workplace environment. Although eradicating stress completely is not practical taking action towards reducing its causes and effects can be incredibly beneficial for employers and employees alike. In this three module course we will delve into the common triggers and responses to stress, look at the legislation and guidance for dealing with it and provide actionable advice to help you make your workplace more balanced
